This time with an (non-bash) opener from the Windows world.

Windows seach functions have always been lacking in many aspects: sluggishness, strange CPU-munching indexing, irrelevant results, etc. I used Agent Ransack for quite a bit but my current employer is not to flexible regarding “unofficial” paid software. So, open source to the rescue: Locate32 seems old, is old but nevertheless powerful enough to replace Agent Ransack.
